While many have debated whether Classic WoW should have ended with Wrath of the Lich King, Mists of Pandaria has a devout following. Players often cite MoP as the pinnacle of class design and home to some of the game’s best end-game content, including the Throne of Thunder raid.

Mists of Pandaria also includes the new playable Pandaren race, the new Monk class, pet battles, and some much anticipated quality-of-life improvements, such as AOE looting.
Blizzardis also introducing a cross-promotional reward for those playing Season of Discovery. If you’ve defeated the Balnazar boss, you may obtain a free level 85 Character boost to prepare for Mists of Pandaria. This offer is only good through June 30th.

Mists of Pandaria Classic Pre-Patch Begins Week of July 1st
With the Joyous Journeys buff, you can get a head start on your Mists of Pandaria Classic journey right now. This increases the XP gained by 50%, allowing you to level up an alt or two (or five) before Mists of Pandaria begins. However, once the pre-patch begins, the buff goes away.
Speaking of pre-patch, you can start engaging in Mists of Pandaria content the week of July 1st, once your region’s servers reset. This means you can get to work on leveling that monk and experience pet battles before the expansion officially launches on July 21st.

Those who play through the Pandaren starting experience between July 1st and July 30th will earn the Shaohao’s Sage Serpent Skyriding amount for modern World of Warcraft. You’ll need to do a couple of steps to obtain it:
