Dave the Diver: How to find and catch Cuttlefish

If you’re looking to upgrade a weapon with tranquilizing properties, you’ll need a few Cuttlefish Skin Fragments.Where you can find the Cuttlefish inDave the Diveris 50-130 meters deep in the Blue Hole. In the area just before the Blue Hole Depths, you’ll find groups of Cuttlefish. They look like squids, which makes sense since they’re cephalopods.

You’ll know when you’ve found one when they spray you with ink if you get too close. Catching a Cuttlefish isn’t as easy as just killing it with your weapon or Harpoon. That’ll give you a one-star Cuttlefish, but I’ll tell you how to properly catch one.If you have a Tranquilizer Gun, or a Net Gun, using them on the Cuttlefish will get you a high-grade catch, typically three stars.

Where To Find Cuttlefish In Dave The Diver Net

Getting a Cuttlefish Skin Fragment or two may take a few tries. There are RNG elements to getting fish drops, so catch some Cuttlefish in nets or put them to sleep to nab those fragments. Once you have enough, you can upgrade some of your weapons to have a tranquilizing element.

If you’ve unlocked theFish Farm, I recommend youget some Cuttlefish eggs from catching them, so you may farm them! That way, you won’t have to keep diving for those cephalopods in the future. Make sure to at least have two Cuttlefish in your farm so they can reproduce.
