There are literally dozens of different classes that you create characters for, summoning and confining phantoms into the real world in the form of warriors, supporters, and even monsters. One of the most fun classes to mess around with is the Ghost class.

The Ghost is an offensive monster-class character that focuses on inflicting status ailments on enemies, as well as using sneak attacks to attack enemies from behind enemy lines. They have extremely high DEX and INT, and mostly use magic and spells as their primary attacks and actions.

Monster Soul

Chi Unbalancer
Increased chance to inflict status ailments. MOVE -15 & JUMP -12 to enemies within the action area.
Soul Devourer
Restore 20% HP when attacking with magic.
Chance of inflicting paralysis when attacking.
Ghost Town
INT & RES +10% per ally Ghost on the map.
Bound Spirit
Skill Range +20dm. MOVE -10.
Binding Spell
Nullify all attacks from enemies with status ailments.
Their class abilities are focused around increasing the effects of ailments, as well as buffing Ghosts when multiple Ghosts are present.
The Ghost should focus on using spells that have a chance of inflicting negative status effects like Paralysis or Poison. Having multiple Ghosts deployed in the same area will increase the effects of their offensive status inflictions, slowing down enemies and (at high levels) nullifying enemy attacks when they are under a status ailment.
Best Stats to Boost
The Ghost thrives in magical situations, and is a spellcasting character with a focus on elemental and status damage. Use scrolls and other buffs to help increase their speed and dexterity, but mainly focus on increasing their INT and SP as you level them up.
Best Tools to Equip
The best items to equip for the Ghost class are no items at all, as they gain increased benefits from their Monster Soul for fighting bare-handed. In a pinch, items with status ailment skills, which can be found in Staffs, Books, and even some General Items, are okay to equip if the bare-handed damage isn’t cutting it. Melee and ranged weapons are pretty much useless in the hands of a ghost.
