Some tasks require you tosend your Sims to certain locations and complete tasks there, but if you aren’t familiar with each world choice and the neighborhoods within them, that can be frustrating as you go through them to search for the place you need.
Finding the Mysterious Tree Location
The Nature’s Calling event gives you the task of visiting the Mysterious Tree, but it doesn’t give you a lot of information about what the Mysterious Tree is or where you can find it. Luckily, it’s in a world that you have access to through the base game, so you’ll be able to complete this task even if you don’t have expansion packs. So, when you’re ready to head to the Mysterious Tree, open up your Sim’s phone menu, pick the Travel option, thenhead to Willow Creek.
In the Willow Creek menu, pick a lot in theFoundry Cove neighborhood, which is on the bottom right side of this world. There are only residential lots in this area by default, but you want to follow the river until you find a tree with a twisted trunk that looks different from other trees. Since it’s right along the river, it’s difficult to miss this way.
Visiting the Mysterious Tree
The task you need the Mysterious Tree for is simply making a visit to this special tree. When you find it, click on it, then select the option tohave your Sim visit it. It can take a minute for your Sim to actually walk to the tree and complete the visit action, which makes it feel like the task isn’t properly being completed for the event. However, if you give it a bit of time, the task should be completed, even if it feels like it has a bit of delay from the way some actions function in The Sims 4.
