Game Director for the highly-anticipatedMonster Hunter: Worldaction-RPG, Yuya Tokuda, recently shared information on the game’s campaign length.

Revealed in aninterviewwith online outlet mein-mmo.de, the director stated that “Depending on the type of player, I suppose it will take about 40 to 50 hours to clear the story”.
And then goes on to say: “But it wouldn’t be aMonster Huntertitle if there wasn’t content to enjoy post-game. Players can continue to forge and upgrade their favorite weapons and armor after the story is over.”

Furthermore, we learn of an exciting bit that also expands on aprevious announcementof the game receiving free post-launch content: “Not only that! We will also put out weekly event quest and free updates that players can enjoy post-launch.” said Kaname Fujioka, Executive Director and Art Director forMonster Hunter: World.
