Monster Hunter Wilds,the action RPG from Capcom and sequel to the smash hit Monster Hunter Worlds, continues to release new videos focusing on its 14 iconic weapons returning from previous installments, but now featuring new moves.
Monster Hunter Wilds Showcases More Weapons
In a few days, atGamescom 2024, specifically during theOpening Night Live,the event that will kick off the German fair on August 20 at 8:00 PM (CEST), it seems we will learn the release date of Monster Hunter Wilds, coming to PS5, Xbox Series, and PC in 2025.
Meanwhile, the Japanese company continues to release new videos focusing on the 14 iconic weapons from previous titles that return in Monster Hunter Wilds, now with new moves and possibilities.

Hunting Horn and Gunlance
The Hunting Hornis a blunt weapon that combines melee combat with team support, allowing you to play melodies that grant various bonuses. You can place sonic bubbles to affect a specific area with special effects, which also benefit your companions.
The Gunlanceis a long-range weapon capable of firing explosive projectiles. It allows you to make small lateral steps to slightly adjust your position and block even the most powerful attacks, with the ability to use a wide variety of projectile attacks.

Monster Hunter Wilds will be released in 2025 on PS5, Xbox Series, and PC. This new iteration of the saga aims to become the most ambitious and spectacular entry yet, offering an open world where we will encounter enormous herds of monsters, displaying more creatures on screen at once than ever before, and featuring dynamic weather conditions like dangerous sandstorms or thunderstorms, where you’ll need to dodge lightning that can also harm monsters.
