There’s nothing worse than wanting to jump into Payday 3 and being stopped by an error that keeps you from logging in. Whether you’re stuck on an infinite loading screen or have reached a “Nebula login error,” this guide will help you if you can’t log in to Payday 3.
Payday 3 can’t log in “Nebula login error” fixes
If you are stuck on an infinite loading screen in Payday 3 and eventually hit a “Nebula login error,” I fixed it bytrying to login again. Shortly after a loading screen, I hit the login screen. You’ll first need to create an account to play Payday 3, but there can be problems with that as well.

How to log in to Payday 3
Even if you have a Payday 3 account, I experienced clicking the login button and nothing happened. I clicked it several times and had towait around 30 secondsto see a login failed message pop up. If you click the create an account button, you’ll get a black web page that doesn’t refresh. Great.
How to create a Payday 3 Nebula account
To get around this error, I recommend going tothe Payday 3 Nebula login page. Unfortunately with that, you may run intoan infinite loading page or an “internal server error” messageon the Starbreeze Nebula page which keeps you from logging in or creating an account.
For now, I recommend checking your internet connection to make sure there are no issues on your end andchecking Downdetectorandthe Payday 3 Twitter(or X) tostay up to date on issues happening on the developer’s side.

As of right now,there is no way to get into Payday 3. The login seems to be broken even if you have an account and if you don’t have an account, you can’t make one because the Starbreeze Nebula account is currently down.
Keep refreshing the page and trying to log into Payday 3.Eventually, the servers will be up and runningat which point you’ll be able to jump into the game.
