To find the Abandoned Hebra Mine, you must approach from the Rito Village Chasm:

When I first drop through theRito Village Chasmto visit theAbandoned Hebra Mine, I like to activate the nearbySikatag Lightroot. That way, I can fast travel there in the future.
The Abandoned Hebra Mine is easily accessible once you know where to look. However, there may be a boss encounter with Master Kohga waiting.
