While hunting and upgrading gear are the main themes of Monster Hunter Wilds, cooking is an underrated aspect that can provide much-needed buffs for the next expedition. Here is how to cook meals in Monster Hunter Wilds.

How to Cook in Monster Hunter Wilds

Monster Hunter Wildsplayers have two places where they can cook meals: at theplayer’s Base Camp tent or the BBQ Grill essential item. There is no difference to using either option, but the BBQ Grill item is portable and can be used out in the wild to quickly cook something up mid-fight.

In either choice, choose theGrill a Mealoption. You can then pick between Recommended Meal or Custom Meal, but choosing the latter will allow you to pick what ingredients get put into the meal.
