Jingliu is an Ice Destruction character that steals her allies’ HP. When Jingliu uses her Skill or Ultimate, she will gain a stack of “Syzygy.” When she has two stacks, she will enter a special form, the Spectral Transmigration state, that will deal more damage after draining her allies’ HP. This can create some discourse within your team, as this is a rather dangerous way to amplify damage. However, there are still characters that will synergize well with Jingliu.
