At E3 2019 during an episode of Inside Xbox, Microsoft and Bandai Namco announced the launch date of Code Vein.

Code Vein Release Date Announced at E3 2019

The action-RPG souls-likeCode Veinwill be launching onSeptember 27th 2019. The title previously was set to release in September 2018, but later got an announcement in July that it would bedelayed until this yearit was announced that they wished to “produce better quality in order to deliver to customers” according to the press release that was issued. In this time, many changes were made to the game which includes the way theBlood Codesystem works, this class system adjustments allows players to now change their Blood Code giving more flexibility to even reset their builds. This major change has of course effected other game balances.

Bandai Namco recently held theirCode Vein network testat the end of May, where players could try out the title experiencing select quests, face enemies and test out a few abilities. It also showed off the wide customisation choices, which includes choosing a variation ofGifts.

The new trailer showcases some of the story of Code Vein which takes place in world where Revenants now exist, inflicted with their thirst for blood, they are also granted powerful abilities. It also shows some of the bosses that players will battle.
