Bungie Confirms Working on a Number of Unannounced Projects with Sony
Developer behind the Destiny franchise Bungie has confirmed there are a range of projects that have not been announced that they are working on with Sony. Studio creative lead Tom Farnsworth revealed this in a recent tweet, saying how their process of tackling game development has “completely changed” for Destiny. In the same thread he stated that with the support of publisher Sony, they are working on “a number of unannounced projects too.” The image shared shows a shield that has 25 plus medals attached, representing each of the releases the game has gained over the years.
And with the support of Sony we are working on a number of unannounced projects too. Come join us!

Also, obviously I’m missing a medal, my kids played with the shield awhile back and I’m still looking for it, lol.

Destiny and Beyond
In case you missed itDestiny 2is an Action MMO, a sequel to the hit title of the same name. It was released in 2017 for PS4 and Xbox One, then released roughly a month later for PC. The title’s base game is free to play but has since seen a number of expansions as well as premium content. Like its predecessor, Destiny 2 is a first-person shooter title, where players take up the role of Guardians. There’s lots of customisation as players can collect weapons, armor and more to complement their playstyle. The Destiny franchise originally was in partnership with Activision, butlater parted waysfrom Battle Net, coming to further platforms such as Steam and Epic Games.
Since then, Bungie has shared a number of job posts for upcoming projects as they look to recruit more people to join their team. These job listings don’t reveal much but it looks like the developer is expanding. It’s also not revealed just how many projects are currently being worked on, and whether these are for Destiny only. Hopefully, we’ll hear more soon about what’s planned for Bungie.
