There are quite a few options to choose from, with several unique heads added over that game’s life cycle. These cosmetics are vanity items that augment the way your characters look in Borderlands 3!
Moze Heads List
Here’s a look at some of the heads you can purchase and find in-game for Moze currently. As far as we know, there are 51 heads available for each of the classes in Borderlands 3. Some of the heads are available for each class, and some are unique to the class. The default head for Moze comes unlocked initially, with the other 50 heads hidden behind specific conditions!
VIP Rewards
Vault Insider Program heads are discontinued but were originally available for those willing to visit the game’s partner site. Each Vault Hunter had a redeemable head, including Moze, and the partnership ended on August 04, 2025. You can learn more about similar rewardshere.

Moze Missions or World/Monster/Slots Heads
These are heads you will earn while playing various missions in the game. You’ll want to complete as many story missions and select side-quests as you can if you want to collect all the cosmetics. Some of these can also be dropped from enemies in the world or found via the Slot Machines in Moxxi’s bar, as evidenced byGearbox’s Forumpage.

Moze Director’s Cut Heads
Director’s Cut heads are available for purchase via Vault Cards for those who own the Director’s Cut of Borderlands 3. Each Vault Card contains a new head for each card and an additional head available via an included cosmetic pack. Players can level up Vault Cards and earn keys by equipping the card in the menu and gaining experience. Leveling up cards gets Vault Keys which users can use to unlock these new heads and other items.
Moze Event Heads
Many event heads are given for community challenges, whereas Gearbox gave out codes for players once challenges ended. Some codes still work, while others will become invalid over time.
