in Skull and Bones, upon unlocking the medium ships, you’ll gain access to all weapon slots, meaning you’ll have to make some pretty tough decisions. Here are the best weapons for each slot.

Naturally, each weapon has upgraded variants, so try to have the best possible upgrade for the weapons that you assign to your ship. I’ll simply be going over the class of weapons that you’ll want.

Skull and Bones – Best Ship Loadout Overview

This loadout has been curated to be the best as it not only allows you to seriously get the jump on opponents withSkull and Bone’s vast array of ships, but it also keeps punishing them with Flooding damage, allowing any battle of attrition to go your way.

I believe the best offense in Skull and Bones is one you’ve started long before the enemy has, so this loadout will allow you to not only get the jump on your foes but also punish them for not predicting your arrival.

Ballista Skull And Bones

Best Broadside Weapon in Skull and Bones

Basilisks or Culverns

Your Broadside weapons are the ones you’ll be using the most in a fight, so they need to be reliable for any situation. Despite all the choices, the classicCulverinsreign supreme. TheBasiliskvariant not only does higher damage (aside from the Culvern V, by a smidge) but alsoprimes the enemy ships for crew attacks and deals more damage to weak spots. They also dealextra piercing damage.

Torpedos Skull And Bones

With a reload time of six seconds, you can tear into the enemies from either side continually with ease. You can leave the status effects and special attacks to the rest of the spots.

I have seen theBombardweapon placed on theBroadsidesto great effect, however, I believe theRaiderandPiercing Perksallow for more overall damage with well-placed shots.

Mortar In Skull And Bones

Best Bow Weapon in Skull and Bones

Twin-winch Ballista or Ballista

As previously mentioned, the best way to win a fight is by dealing as much damage as you may before they even know you’re attacking. TheTwin-winch Ballista not only dealsincredibledamage, but can be drawn back twice as far as other Ballistae, allowing you to deal600% more damage.

It also really punishes weak spots by dealing 225% extra damage to them. So if you can score a weak spot shot on an opponent with this weapon, they’ll be devastated before the fight has begun.

Even in the heat of combat, the Twin-winch Ballista, even without drawing back fully, will deal great damage if you’re able to aim true at any weak spots. That’ll serve them for trying to cut in front of you or run away. With its incredible range, they won’t be going far, anyway.

Best Stern Weapon in Skull and Bones

Rahma’s Legacy or Torpedo

The Rahma’s Legacy is an insane Enhanced Torpedo that deals mighty damage, and even more damage if many of the primed torpedos hit consecutively. If you’ve got a chaser, or a sneaky enemy, then punishing them with numerous shots from the Rahma’s Legacy will severely hurt them.

Additionally, it hasFlooding III, which adds30% of its damage to contribute as Flooding damage, reducing its max HP.In PvP fights, slamming them with these Torpedos will keep making their repair kits more and more useless, bringing a battle of attrition in your favor.

Best Auxiliary Weapon in Skull and Bones

Leopold or Mortar

The Leopold is a special Mortar that, although doing a little less damage than the regular Mortar, inflicts Flooding damage on enemies, reducing their maximum HP. This is an absolute boon in PvP as you don’t need to be overly accurate to land a Mortar hit, and they’ll enter the fight with a reduced health pool.

The Leopold allows you to constantly punish your opponent in any battle of attrition, as they’ll have to keep using Restoration Kits to circumvent the Flooding damage if they want to stay in prime condition. This paired with the other hurtful weaponry will force the player into pressure as they try to manage using their Restoration Kits and Repair Kits.

It also does a great deal of damage that will hurt many opponent ships, meaning you’ll be starting fights with a great uncontested blow.

Now that you know of the best loadout in Skull and Bones, why don’t you have a look at all the Infamy Ranks?
