This feature lets you change Henry’s hair, including his facial hair, adding some much-needed customization options to the game. Of course, if you want to make changes, the barber requires Groschen in exchange for his services. But before that, you’ll need to findone of the two barberswho are available for a bit of customization.

How to Find and Use Barbers
Since there are only two barbers in the game, you’ll be able to find one in each region. Once you finish the main quest “Storm,” you can travel between the regions with the caravan. However, if you’re looking for a barber early on, you’ll only be able to use the one located in the Trosky Region. You’ll find this barber at theZhelejov Wagoneer Inn in the white tent.
Then, you have a barber in theKuttenberg Region in Kuttenberg City, of course. This barber is also in a white tent. If you enter from the main gate and then follow the city’s wall to your right, you’ll find the barber’s tent near the bathhouse.

When you visit the barber, you can cycle through hairstyles and facial hair options. Once you decide on the styles you want, you need to pay25 Groschento complete the transaction. If you have the money for it, you can visit the barber and change your hair as many times as you want. As a result, the hair that you see in cutscenes changes to what you have chosen at that particular time, which can be rather humorous depending on the scene and the choices you’ve made for style.
There’s also a buff incentive for visiting the barber. When you change your hair, you receive atemporary buff that increases your Charisma by 2, which can be a nice boost if you know that you’re going to be doing quests that benefit from being extra charismatic in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.
