All Merchant Types and Their Locations in Palworld

The world of Palworld is open to various types of merchants, and you can find them all over the island. Let’s run over the different merchant types and where you can find them in Palworld.

Wandering Merchant

Staying true to their name, these merchants wander around the island. However, some of them can be found permanently around villages or settlements. These merchants come in two variations differentiated by their coat color. The Wandering Merchant with the red coat usually has basic items like schematics, seeds, and organs, whereas the green-coat counterpart trades weapons and ammunition.

Pal Merchant

Pal Merchants appear the same as Wandering Merchants, except they wear a blue coat. They sell various Pals, and their stock refreshes often. The list usually includes basic and easy-to-catch Pals at lower levels. Additionally, you can sell your Pals to Pal Merchants to get gold in return. These merchants are usually located near Wandering Merchants in villages or settlements, as they both appear in the same area.

Black Marketeer

Black Marketeers, wearing a black cloak and a mask, are the advanced versions of Pal Merchants, as their wares include high-rarity Pals with higher levels. Similar to Pal Merchants, you’re able to buy and sell your Pals for gold with Black Marketeers. Additionally, you can sell humans to Black Marketeers. Since these merchants are involved in illegal trading, they usually hide themselves in caves or far locations from the settlements.
